I’d not been out of the neighborhood in a long time. Work was so busy, and many buyers relied on myself and others to ensure their orders were met on time. I remember the time our corporation was nothing more than a dream and a vision in our mind. I placed a call that evening, and early the following morning, an Heating and A/C van pulled up at the lake house. The Heating and A/C worker explained the issue was all about dirty air filters that hadn’t been cleaned or upgraded in a long time. An fifth later, he was done with the air filter upgradement and inspected the heating system before leaving.
