One of the reasons why I purchased a beach house that needed repairs was so I could add my own personal touch to the location. I didn’t want something that was the same as everyone else in the city. I found the small multiple-home office Cottage after looking at real estate for 3 years. The condo dated a lot of work, however the owner was motivated to sell swiftly. I made an offer on the location and it was the right number. Both of us closed about many weeks later. The beach house needed a ton of work in the beginning and it was difficult to think exactly where to start. I had a detailed Home Inspection performed by a local supplier. They listed all of the problems with the house! One of the first locations I needed to start was the roof and the flooring. The roof was leaking and the flooring was cracked and warped. The roof was the first project on the list. When it was completed, I started toiling on the flooring. After making replaces to the top and bottom of the house, I wanted to buy a new AC and heat pump. I had spent nearly many weeks making all of the repairs to the beach house and I knew for sure that the heat pump and AC were not toiling very well. Although I could wait another year or many to make the changes, it seemed crazy to wait. Everything else in the beach house is replaced and remodeled. The weather conditions control plan was the next item on my to-do list.
