I have consistently considered myself a tech-savvy individual, but due to the nature of my job I did not get to do much around the house.
I relied heavily on external help for Heating and Air Conditioning repairs and other handyman services.
This meant I was ignorant of several basic Heating and Air Conditioning service services and had to pay for it the hard way, however one time when spending a few weekends at home I noted that the air blowing in from the a/c system felt dusty and stale. I couldn’t shake off the terrible smell, not to mention that I sneezed consistently. This went on for a while and I couldn’t understand why since the Heating and Air Conditioning serviceman was here for respected a/c system service a week before. I had no choice however to call the Heating and Air Conditioning supplier provider that diagnosed my Heating and Air Conditioning system. The contractor sent someone to check the a/c system out. This a/c system service professional came in, fumbled with the A/C and left promising improvement. Unfortunately, I still sneezed and couldn’t use the cooling component that night despite the hot weather. I switched off the main a/c component and opted for a window A/C until the next day, and so I decided to call a Heating and Air Conditioning provider for a second opinion. The modern a/c system service expert found the complication almost immediately; an obstructed filter was the cause of my troubles. She said that no sound Heating and Air Conditioning supplier expert would miss that, unless they did that deliberately, and then she showed me how to check and update the filters. The Heating and Air Conditioning professional was so kind that she recommended to me what to check for when searching for efficient A/C filters. The Heating and Air Conditioning expert further recommended a HEPA filter for my space and insisted on checking the filter officially especially during the dust sensitivity/ pollen season.
