When I first moved into my new apartment, I wasn’t expecting much, and how could I? The property wasn’t in a superb area, nor was it really high-priced to rent.
So I already knew that I entirely shouldn’t have high expectations. And I was right. There was typically a slight stink in the venue. I ended up finding out the stink came from the heating in addition to air conditioner machine, it had a clog, in addition to then once the clog was taken care of, the stink vanished. There were a bunch of popcorn in addition to random cracks in the walls in addition to ceilings, in addition to overall, the area was not in superb shape. But speaking of heating in addition to cooling, don’t even get me started on the thermostat. The thermostat was an old dial thermostat, in addition to was just a mess. It never worked, in addition to although the air conditioner machine was fine, since the thermostat was having problems, the air conditioner machine was practically useless. I decided enough was enough, in addition to I ended up upgrading to a smart thermostat. The smart thermostat is the best WIFI thermostat, in addition to it was just fantastic. I was super thrilled with the update. However, on the next random visit to my apartment, would you believe the proprietor had the nerve to complain about the smart thermostat? Even though it was literally better in addition to improved the venue. I was planning on leaving it, but fine, I’ll just make sure I take the new programmable thermostat with me when I move out in a few months.
