I’m not exactly delighted with my situation at the moment! And that has everything to do with truly terrible planning.
- So I’m also truly not to delighted with my husband either, when he first wanted to update the residential Heating, Ventilation, and A/C, put on a new deck and replace the carpet, I was resistant… I knew that he wanted to do all of this in order to sell our family home.
And I just didn’t think I wanted to sell that condo yet. Sure, it was just he and I inside the central air conditioner of what felt like a cavernous house. Well, it was sort of a cavernous condo because it was giant enough to condo us and five kids not all that long ago. I guess that was what was also so tough. It seemed like my fantastic friend and I were just buying that condo and putting in the latest in residential Heating, Ventilation, and A/C! Now, the kids are all gone with only one just now finishing up graduate school. I mean, my husband was right, my fantastic friend and I did need to update the heating and cooling unit and do all that other stuff to get the condo on the market. And when I finally agreed to let go of the house, he told me that I wouldn’t have to worry about anything and that he’d take care of all the details. Well, it’s no just about time for us to slide into a Summer that comes with four months of grueling heat. And yet, my fantastic friend and I are still inside a horribly furnished two family room condo with outdated Heating, Ventilation, and A/C equipment. It’s not even the first of June and I’ve had to call the rental office twice because I came condo from work to no air conditioner. And my fantastic friend and I are still no further along to closing on anything resembling what I was hoping for.
