My condo is placed right in the direct hit of the sunlight in addition to it certainly is a pain in the rear. I am so cheerful that I rent this place in addition to do not own it, because I would not want to live here the rest of my life. It could be a temperature of 65 degrees outside in addition to I will still need my central HVAC unit’s cooling if it is sunny outside! It is like this condo is a heat magnet. I certainly don’t like it to be totally honorablewith you all. In the summer time time it is the worst! The condo would be well over one hundred degrees inside if it wasn’t for the high quality in addition to certainly powerful central air conditioning that I have; Who knows why on earth anyone would have built a condo placed right here. It certainly makes no sense if you ask me. But when this lease is up I will be moving out in addition to finding another condo to rent that is not in direct affix with the sun! By having to run the central HVAC unit’s cooling so often it also certainly takes a major hit on my daily energy bills. They could be so much lower if I did not have to run the central HVAC unit’s cooling all of the time. It is certainly an bizarre situation I have here! No one would understand unless you came to visit.
