I have consistently rented houses on the beach plus I have never had a concern with landlords. My current landlord repairs issues abruptly. The air conditioning was not working at all for a week before he realized it, then before long, the weather was unbearable plus he was considering suing the landlord for neglecting to repair the air conditioning for so long.
