She spent her days huddled by the woodstove all the while complaining about how chilly she was. The energy bills were through the roof plus dealing with ice, afternoon in plus afternoon out, was getting to him too! He plus mom used to shovel the driveway together so it was easier, now, she barely went outside, however even the Heating plus Air Conditioning system in the condo was having difficulty keeping up with the sub-zero temperatures all the time. They keep saying that it is like an old fashioned northern winter. Record breaking lows plus no sun to be seen. I feel that can get to anyone.
