He told me that the best option was to buy the smallest Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system that I can. To determine the size that I would need to buy he would have to measure particular aspects of my house. He would need to find out the condo size, where it’s located, the number and type of my windows, how much insulation and air leakage my home has and other lifestyle factors! My current Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system is smaller than my outdated system. This is because replaced Heating, Ventilation plus A/C systems are smaller now and more efficient, then now it is less high-priced to operate my unit. I was satisfied by the work that my provider did. When he left he said in about two months to supply them a call to do a periodic repair check. I agreed and set up another appointment with him in the next two months. He insisted that periodical checks are suggested highly.
