It’s a pretty bleak outlook when all the people you know is highly educated, independently brilliant, plus somehow working 3 moderate jobs trying to get by. Think about that – the cost of keeping a one bedroom property moderate through the winter season plus relatively cool through the Summer is a fourth of my income.
