I understand why they have this impression from the description that you might study on paper. However, you need to understand that I have many flaws like any other human. Probably even more so. For starters, I am not an simple woman to get along with, especially when you are talking about living together. When it comes to dating and living together I know that I’m a pain in the ass. My difficulties start with the central heating, cooling, and air quality control system and expand from there. For starters, I am obsessed with indoor air quality and air Temperature control. I absolutely cannot live in a home that doesn’t have amazing indoor air quality control device because I am easily sensitive to fluctuating air hot and cold temperatures, drafts, and airborne contaminants. I need to have a smart thermostat that’s affixed to modern and energy-efficient Heating and Air Conditioning device if I am going to be spending any amount of time in that environment. I don’t do well with unpredictable air temperature or failing air quality, and my modest indoor pollen irritations do not appreciate any airborne contamination in the air at all. When people tell me that I seem like a real catch, I usually just laugh and tell them to wait for my Heating and Air Conditioning critique.
