For many years now I have been thinking about what I am going to do for retirement! I am 57 years aged now plus I would enjoy to get out of the Working World when I am 62.
In fact, if the truth be known, I would like to get out tomorrow, and of course that’s not realistic… Anyway oh, for the last more than four years I have been making additional payments on my home in hopes that I will have it paid off by the time I am 62.
I have also been trying to pay off all my debt which includes some debit cards plus a student loan. I have made fantastic progress. I don’t know much about my home anymore, plus I constantly planned to just move into it! Right now I am renting it out. Anyway, I have been starting to suppose about tiny homes instead. Affordable tiny homes are a fabulous retirement solution. I like the idea of purchasing a remote piece of property that doesn’t have a million zoning laws, plus building my own modular affordable homes. If I could afford to build a modular affordable home, I could live in a single plus rent the other for income. I am going to have to look into the costs plus other details acquaintanced with Affordable Home Solutions. I have an interest in shipping bin homes, plus a neighbor of mine told me that there is such a thing as a modular shipping bin home.I’m legitimately not sure what the difference is. Also, I have driven through a Southern state plus observed lots of retirement homes that are called affordable modular homes. I am not sure at all how those work, although I suspect you have to pay a lot of fees.
