As an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier, my hubby is constantly finding bizarre things in the ductwork in the houses where he goes to work; You would undoubtedly absolutely be surprised at the things that people end up hiding in their ductwork.
I assume people just don’t trust safe deposit boxes anymore, because they just want to keep all of their valuables at lake house with them.
I assume hiding stuff in the ductwork is as good of a stadium as any, because no criminal would ever undoubtedly believe to look there. I think that I wouldn’t. Whenever I believe about the air vents or the ductwork in my house, I simply believe about the heating and the a/c coming out of them. That’s it. I don’t believe about things like gold bars or rubies and diamonds or stacks of money and silver certificates being stuck in them. However, shockingly enough, my hubby has found all of those things and more whenever he has done professional ductwork cleaning on homes in our area, but of course, he constantly turns this stuff into the homeowner, however it’s interesting to see that occasionally they seem to have forgotten that this stuff is even in there! I assume my hubby could get rich off of ductwork cleaning if he were a dishonest guy! Luckily for all of these homeowners, he isnot. He simply wants to come in, do his job, and get their Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system up and running like it’s supposed to be. He doesn’t accept tips of any kind, including gold bars or any other type of pirate treasure!
