Getting a health plan put together

At the end of last year, I made a quick choice to get back into shape after gaining 15 pounds while during quarantine; Working from home in addition to not being as active contributed to my weight gain, and also, while all of us were in the holidays, I did not watch what I ate.

If it was a choice in front of me and it was good.

I ate every bit of it with no regrets. Well, after I tried to put on my favorite jeans and they didn’t fit, it was then that I realized that I needed to do something about this… So, I decided to reach out to my neighbor Paul! Paul is a Dietitian in addition to Nutritional Counselor, and my friend was able to help me to come up with a plan of action. He has been practicing nutritional counseling for about 5 years now; Not only is Paul the healthiest man I know, however his customers have all had success using those plans. In addition, my friend has a strict nutritional routine that he has not broken in a few years. So, if anybody could help me to make healthier choices in addition to losing these fifteen pounds it will be Paul. I need her to come up with a nutritional plan for meals in addition to a workout routine that I can realistically achieve. I work a 9 to 5 task, so the only time I can go to the gym would be in the afternoons or after work. I haven’t been to the gym in over a year, so that will be something that I will need to get used to again; For now, I am just glad that I finally decided to commit to losing this extra weight.
