Since I was having everybody out to our house for a special family holiday celebration, I wanted to impress everybody.
I mean, everybody was already impressed with our fireplace, but it was time to bring things to the next level.
That’s why I worked with a local contractor to have radiant heated floors installed before the winter season. I mean, for the most part, it was about perfect comfort in our home and lower heating expenses. The radiant heated floors honestly worked way better than our old gas furnace. I didn’t get rid of the gas furnace though because I figured I could use it in case there was ever something wrong with our radiant heated floors which worked off of a boiler system. The boiler system is highly energy efficient though and the comfort from the radiant heated floors is impressive to say the least. When everybody finally showed up for the holiday, we had everything decorated with the fireplace going and drinks for everybody. We had a lot of good food too, but I also told everybody to bring some kind of dish so we could all have a nice variety of tasty foods to enjoy during this festive occasion. My uncle couldn’t stop talking about how pleasant the radiant heated floors were and he was trying to get the number for the local contractor we went through. I’m glad everybody loved the new heating system and it was nice to see all my close family and friends. It was funny too, everybody said we should do this again next year at our place, and I’m down for that!
