I’ve been toiling in the HVAC industry for roughly a decade. I must say, I love the HVAC company I labor for and respect the person who owns the business. He always tells myself and others that I should be starting our own HVAC company 1 of these mornings because I’m 1 of his best workers apparently. He’s always giving myself and others employee of the month awards and to be honest, it’s embarrassing, but I suppose he’s just trying to use myself and others as an example. He wants others to watch how I take care of company and how I interact with the clients, and he wants everybody to labor in a similar manner. I believe that’s why he always says I should run our own business, but I do believe that he might try to ask myself and others to run his HVAC company 1 of these mornings. I must say, I love how the person keeps up with the times so that all of us suppose all about all the current systems that are coming out. He keeps track of all the HVAC events happening not only in our country, but all around the world. He travels to unusual HVAC conventions all the time and occasionally he invites myself and others to come along with him as well as a few other regular employees. Because of him, our HVAC company always has the most current device and for satisfactory prices. The people I was with and I have done all kinds of amazing upgrades including solar panel HVAC systems that are severely energy efficient. I was most impressed with a recent radiant heated floor upgrade that I helped labor on, that project turned out to be flawless and the clients are so glad.
