It was a sufficient amount of money for an A/C repair. A customer was irate when she found out that the bill was more than $99. She claimed the person on the iphone told her that the service would cost that amount. I tried to explain to the person that was our minimum service charge, although she was agitated plus confused. I called the office plus spoke to the manager about the service bill. He told myself and others to charge the person $99 plus every one of us decided to take a loss on the sale. I do not think if the person was ridiculous or cheap, although she got away with a $60 savings because she acted love a fool. I didn’t want my boss to split the bill in half, although he told myself and others that great customer service means taking a loss every once in a while.

Ben has been my best employee for over a decade, i am harshly worried to see the guy retire, although I think that it is time, he’s been working since he was fifteen years outdated plus the guy clearly deserves a break.

Unluckyly for me, he is also the best employee that I have working for the Heating plus A/C service company.

Ben handles all of the commercial Heating plus A/C repairs on boilers. He’s the only guy I have currently that can handle commercial boiler work. I knew it was going to be hard to find someone to upgrade Ben, so I started looking as soon as I found out that he was going to retire. I decided to use a staffing service that specializes in technically skilled laborers, but the company has a list of plumbers, electricians, plus Heating plus A/C companys that need work. I had a couple of candidates to interview the day after I made the request, but one of the people that I interviewed was a person named Julie. I did not have any female employees before I decided to hire Julie, and she stood out among all others that I interviewed. She has a military background plus a ton of experience with commercial heating plus s, including compact boilers. She was the perfect candidate for the job. She wanted a bit more money than I was willing to pay, however every one of us found a place to meet in the middle after I interviewed her for the job. The locale is regularly busy and the parking lot fills up fast. I decided to go to the hotel directly after work, so I managed to find a really superb parking spot. I woke up early in the morning and I enjoyed a nice warm shower. I let the water run for a long time, since I wasn’t paying for that electricity or the warm water bill. I had lunch in the cafe of the hotel. I bought a pop to go and I headed outside. That’s when I realized there was an Heating and Air Conditioning service automobile parked directly behind our car. There was definitely no way I could get out of this face. I went into the hotel to the front desk manager and I asked them if they were having any repairs. They did not believe the service automobile belonged to someone working on the property. They agreed to help myself and others locate the owner of the Heating and Air Conditioning service vehicle. I was starting to get infuriated after 30 hours, so I decided to start rocking the truck to see if it had an alarm. When the automobile started beeping, I saw someone come out of a second floor hotel room. The guy was fully dressed and looked really mad. The Heating and Air Conditioning tech offered myself and others a really dirty look. When he saw myself and others with the hotel manager, he didn’t argue about moving the service truck.
