That kitty became a true resident in my home, & his peculiar obsession with the heating machine never did go away
I have rescued & owned a number of cats in my life, & I thought I had seen it all, but every now & then, I end up getting a cat that completely surprises me. My latest surprise happened to be a black longhaired cat that came to visit during a Winter season morning. The cat seemed to be seeking shelter, & the cat marched right into my beach residence as if it already belonged there. I didn’t mind my new guest, but this cat ended up proving how interesting cats can be. The cat disappeared for a short while, & I started to worry about the little guy. I looked around & discovered the cat stretched out on my oil furnace machine. I soon found out this cat was obsessed with my heater machine. Whenever the cat would be missing in my residence, all I would have to do is check my oil furnace & that cat would be in that very spot. It’s a good thing for him, the heating machine was almost always on. The few times the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C equipment wasn’t on, all I would have to do is turn on the heating machine & he would come dashing. That kitty became a true resident in my home, & his peculiar obsession with the heating machine never did go away. I can only think that after surviving in the frigid Winter season weather, he never wanted to experience that weather again, & after finding a proper source of heat, he never wanted to leave from my place. This was fantastic with me, as I loved cats a good amount, & I was always looking for new critters to adopt.
