My partner can be so stubborn occasionally.
Once he has an opinion on something, superb luck changing it. I guess he would rather walk through fire than admit he is wrong occasionally. Take what happened a few weeks ago as a superb example. I am quite used to the sound of the a/c component. It makes a usual humming sound when it is on, plus I have always found it comforting. Anyways, I noticed a few weeks ago that the usual humming sound was gone, plus instead replaced by a slight buzzing noise. This was a cause of problem for me, because the Heating and Air Conditioning device had never made that sound before. I brought up my problems to my partner, plus he told me that I was over worrying plus that it had always made that noise. I assured him that it did not make noise, plus I was positive, however I let him convince me that it didn’t need to be checked out. Only a month or so after that, the Heating and Air Conditioning unit stopped working, however no amount of restarting or problemshooting was going to get it to work, plus so my partner eventually caved plus called a Heating and Air Conditioning specialist. When the a/c professional arrived, he asked about any unusual noises, plus I brought up the buzzing sound. Once he looked at the system, he told me the buzzing noise was likely from electrical problems. It cost a superb bit to get it fixed, which my partner paid for. Even now, he still hasn’t admitted that he was wrong, he refuses to talk about it.
