My Heating plus A/C repair van refused to start.

I was laying outside a loft last week, getting ready to go to another customer, when my repair van refused to start.

It was chilly outside, plus I couldn’t sit there separate from the Heating plus A/C running, but I had nothing. I used my iphone plus called the Heating plus A/C corporation. I told them I didn’t know if it was the starter or the battery, but I was stuck in a driveway, plus unable to get to the next Heating plus A/C customer. The dispatcher said she would send someone else to the customer, but I would need to wait with the repair van. She was going to call someone to come out plus look at it. I sat there for almost an hour, plus was shivering. The Heating plus A/C client whose driveway I was laying in, came out with a sizzling cup of coffee. I apologized for taking up her driveway. She said she thought I was having concerns with the repair van, plus gave to let me come inside. I texted the Heating plus A/C company plus asked if it was okay? The dispatcher gave to call me when the mechanic was on the way, however luckily my associate and I had an in-loft mechanic, plus she was only twenty minutes away. It was nearly an hour before the mechanic showed up, plus I was enjoying talking to my clients. They asked me to bring my wife over some time when the weather got warmer. I felt like I was leaving the loft of friends, plus not just Heating plus A/C clients. For the first time in my work, I realized how crucial my clients were plus I knew I needed to get to know them better as people plus not just clients.
