I was resting outside a home last week, getting ready to go to another customer, when my service van refused to start.
It was chilly outside, plus I couldn’t sit there without the Heating plus A/C running, although I had nothing.
I used my cellphone plus called the Heating plus A/C company. I told them I didn’t know if it was the starter or the battery, although I was stuck in a driveway, plus unable to get to the next Heating plus A/C customer. The dispatcher said she would send someone else to the customer, although I would need to wait with the service van. She was going to call someone to come out plus look at it. I sat there for almost an hour, plus was shivering. The Heating plus A/C shopper whose driveway I was resting in, came out with a overheated cup of coffee. I apologized for taking up her driveway. She said she thought I was having problems with the service van, plus offered to let me come inside. I texted the Heating plus A/C company plus asked if it was okay? The dispatcher offered to call me when the mechanic was on the way; Luckily my superb friend and I had an in-home mechanic, plus he was only twenty minutes away. It was nearly an hour before the mechanic showed up, plus I was enjoying talking to my purchasers. They asked me to bring my wife over some time when the weather got warmer. I felt like I was leaving the home of friends, plus not just Heating plus A/C purchasers. For the first time in my work, I realized how important my purchasers were plus I knew I needed to get to know them better as people plus not just purchasers.
