The big condo was good, however it needed so much work that I wanted to sit there and break down… From the look of things, it might have been cheaper to buy a condo even though it was smaller.
The first order of corporation was to call the heating contractor to inspect the heating device.
I had to ensure that at least one thing worked before moving in, although half of my items were already in the house. After his inspection, the Heating plus Air Conditioning serviceman said he had a lot he needed to tell about the unit, and panic set in after those words; with all the necessary work to make the condo at least habitable, I could not afford to replace the boiler, or at least I thought it was one. The Heating plus Air Conditioning tech told me the system was more complicated than anticipated. The condo had a geo heat pump regulated by a digital temperature control. He would need to contact a local condo services supplier specialist, however from what he had gathered from his inspection, the component would need heating service since it had been a while since it had gained heating service. The HVAC duct was in good condition, however since the condo had been uninhabited for a long time, duct sealing would be inevitable, and never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined owning a condo with my most coveted heating technology system. When my nana said she had the best the heating industry had to offer, I had no idea this was what she meant. I sent a silent thank you to her.
