This town is going to start ramping up with tourists starting today, and with the weather getting warmer it is surely going to be a busy summer season in this small beach town.
It will get really crazy here with the heat and the tourists in July and August, and then in September it will suddenly turn back into the sleepy winter town again and everyone will vanish for the winter.
We just started getting the heat a few days ago and I am still trying to adjust to the heat, which will take me a few weeks. My furnace is going to get a well deserved break as it worked a lot this past winter keeping us warm and it didn’t have any problems the whole winter season. We will get it serviced before next winter comes and hopefully our cool air stays with us this summer and we have no problems in the flat. The air conditioner is pretty new and we keep it clean and serviced from the local business down the road with their once a year service plan. They were coming out twice a year but our system is so clean that they said once a year is fine too. We also have a whole home air purifier which runs most of the time, and I think this is why our HVAC system is so clean. I think we have very little dust and pollen floating around in the flat and this is great for my allergies and my lady’s asthma problem. Life is good.
