It came with a used HVAC system that the previous owner had installed
I can always tell when my sister Tamar needs a favor from me. It’s been our dynamic since we were kids, and frankly I don’t mind. She was born about a decade after I was born since my folks had some issues conceiving. I think it got to a point where we all thought I’d be an only child. It can be so draining trying to get a child and it’s not working out. So, they stopped and we lived as a happy family. Well, a few months later mom started getting ill and thought she had an infection. When it got worse, she went to the hospital, and the doctor asked her to take a pregnancy test. And that’s how I came to learn I’d be a big brother. From day one, Tamar and I were close, and I think the age gap helped so much. Now, we are all working, but I’m way ahead in my career. I chose to go to a local community college after graduating high school to train to become a HVAC expert. I’ve always wanted to work with my hands and the HVAC industry seemed to offer more stability in terms of employment. Tamar works as an office manager in the city, and she recently purchased her first house. I’m so proud of her and I knew she’d come to me to help sort out HVAC issues in her house. It came with a used HVAC system that the previous owner had installed. Tamar didn’t mind, but she wanted to be sure the heating and cooling system could last for some time before needing a replacement. I was definitely going to help her out, but we had to talk about the service fees and cost of parts.
