My cousin called to tell me about the new HVAC serviceman who was at her house.
She spent almost an hour telling she wasn’t a truly nice HVAC serviceman, and she was afraid she may have done more disfigurement to her a/c.
After asking if she called the HVAC supplier to complain, she pshawed me. She said she was still young and entirely learning. Why would she want to report him to the HVAC supplier and get him in trouble? If she wasn’t truly nice at being an HVAC serviceman, she needed to tell her boss. She could supply him more training, and maybe send him back to refresher classes. Maybe all she needed was to have a teacher go with him for a while. It wasn’t doing him, the HVAC supplier, or their customers any good, if she didn’t open her mouth. She would guess she was the perfect HVAC serviceman unless someone said something. She refused to be that person, but I didn’t. I took her for her word about who the HVAC serviceman was and asked for him to come to my apartment and repair the cooling system unit. I knew there was nothing wrong. My hubby had previously tested it for us. I called my hubby, who owned the HVAC supplier, and told him what was happening. I told him my cousin would not let you know, so I was going to do it for her. She reminded me not to say anything that would let me know who she was, and said thank you for keeping an eye out for her HVAC supplier.
