My husband received a promotion at his job and we relocated last winter.
We found a really cute house in a small town not far from his office and were thrilled with our purchase.
The house is located in a rural area where there are many farm fields and everyone in town is very friendly. Everything was going great until spring time when we noticed a very strong smell in the air. I had open the windows to do some spring cleaning but close to them about half an hour later when my entire house smelledl like a barn. The farm field next door was being fertilized and there was no way I could leave the windows open. As soon as my husband arrived home, I told him that we needed to seriously look into some sort of whole house HVAC system because I needed a way to keep the house comfortable and not let in the smell. The next day we contacted the local HVAC dealer and have them come out to give us an estimate. I told him that anhair purification unit on our HVAC system was a priority to me because I wanted to ensure that my home smelled fresh and clean all the time. I needed something powerful enough to combat the smell of the fertilization of the farm fields. I still love our house and its location but it is easier to tolerate now that I can sit inside and not have to put up with that. The farmers next door are really nice people and I guess they are used to it but for us city folks it is a different story.
