In the winter time time, homes are often buried to the roof in snow, and a thick sheet of ice keeps any vehicles from going someplace. It is absolutely important to have a window a/c, multi split a/c, or central a/c to survive the extreme heat, however it is just as important to have a good heating system like a gas furnace or warm water boiler heating system to keep yourself warm in the long cold winters; Unfortunately, there is a group going around called the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C thieves. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C thieves have two sects, the a/c raiders, and the furnace raider. These evil people often split into homes during the afternoon and steal any and all furnaces, a/cs , and media air cleaners they can find. I was robbed of my hydronic heating system early in the fall, and I needed to act fast if I was going to survive the winter. Yes, you could always build a fire pit in your household and use that as a furnace, but I wanted an actual furnace, so I called two of my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C friends who also needed a furnace and a place for the winter. Me and my two Heating, Ventilation, and A/C friends took apart one of my vehicles and transformed its engie into a furnace.
