I had the choice to rent a townhousehold or rent a household for my last year of school.
I chose to rent a townhousehold because my electricity, heating, cooling and water was all included with my room and board.
I didn’t want to have the responsibility of finding an electrical company or Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company and pay them each month. I would rather just pay one lump sum at the end of the year; Plus I won’t have to worry about paying late fees if I forget to pay my bills. The townhousehold that I live in now with my roommates is great. My pal and I have a good size bedroom and a residing room. Our bathroom is pretty nice too. However my buddy and I have been seeing these little balls of lint on our bathroom sink. It got worse as my buddy and I let it continue. My pal and I decided to call the repair people to solve the issue. He checked our vents and looked at the vent return and saw the lint and dust on it. He took off the return face, and opened it up. Inside was where the air filter was located. He took out the air filter and it was filled with dust and other particles. That was the main reason why my buddy and I kept seeing dust and lint, our air filter needed to be changed. Who knew when the last time it was changed. He apologized and cleaned the rest of our vents by dusting them and wiping them down. If my roommates and I were renting a household my buddy and I would have had to pay for an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C worker to fix our problem.
