I am a legitimately tied up woman; I run a multimillion-dollar business and I am constantly away on supplier trips. I have three pets and two cats so when I am away I do not want to put my critters in the kennel I want to have someone apartment sit and watch my critters. I am legitimately unique on who I hire to apartment sit and who comes in my home. I have a lot of my close friends’ older kids that will come over and house-sit! And my pickiness on who comes over to my apartment stemmed from this one girl who came over. About a year ago she came to my apartment and she completely trashed my home; She held a party and she even broke my heating and cooling system. I am not sure how a person can split a temperature control. but there was a video going around of her substantial all sorts of buttons on my temperature control repeatedly. She was even pushing the degree up and down buttons on the temperature control at the same time. I was so irate about this because I just installed my temperature control and it was a brand new smart wi-fi temperature control. Smart wi-fi temperature controls are overpriced these days and it cost me a few hundred dollars, not to mention my heating and a/c component was on the fritz for months. I finally had to get a heating and cooling specialist to come and take a look at my system. Needless to say I provided her my heating and cooling bills to her and her parents, however eventually after a year I was finally reimbursed for the heating and cooling detriments that she made.
