The last time the annual board meeting was held, the cooling system failed while in the session.
The situation got so awful that we had to transfer the discussion to a weird room where the atmosphere was more favorable.
It was such an embarrassment since ours is the main office where everything is supposed to transfer smoothly. Several people were afraid that they would lose their jobs because of it, but nobody lost their job, although we were all given stern warnings. This time around, we did not want to take chances. Before the annual general meeting, we had all the heat and A/C products worked on. To ensure that the media air cleaner was in great condition, we called the local business, who sent several workers to care for duct sealing and duct cleaning. They also replaced the air filter with a washable filter. After that incident, the supplier had also purchased an media air cleaner, explicitly for such meetings. For someone looking from the outside, it looked adore we were going overboard when it came to air quality systems when the heat pump was more than capable of taking care of the indoor air pollen levels, but we were not taking any chances. The thermostat did not need replacement since it was pretty new. With the air ducts squeaky clean, we were all set. All the preparations reminded me that I never took note of the ductwork in my house, but that would change. I called the Heating and A/C tech the same day and tied up a repair idea for my Heating and A/C. After the AGM went on without a hitch, you could see the relief on everyone’s face.
