Not too many weeks previously, a single plumber transported directly out of town. Not many of the people that I had to replace the guy were smart or even competent. None of them had a lot of Plumbing experience and I knew it was going to take several weird candidates before the people I was with plus myself would complete the interview process plus find someone. Every one of us spoke with multiple people that were naturally impressive. Not a single of the candidates seemed to be quite as impressive as that woman that I hired to take the job. The woman has finally worked in the plumbing and commercial heating industry for more than 20 years. They only real reason their person had to leave their own job was due to a move as well. That plumbing person has lots of recommendation letters and seems to be on. Only very well known in many parts of the country. It was exciting for me to see the resume of the person and I honestly did not believe I was going to be able to offer the person anywhere near the amount of money that they needed for the job. The person was friendly and also very smart and when asking some basic plumbing questions, it seemed to be no problem for the woman to answer them. I asked Sarah to start working out the plumbing company multiple afternoons later. Some service professionals guest threatened by the whole fact that I hired a woman and that person is going to work in the plumbing business, but I don’t particularly care. I would even clone the new employee if possible because she is impressive.
