A nice heater in the getaway rental

My name is Carol Watkins and I am the owner of a few different getaway rentals in a tropical and hot temperature, but I never even thought to install an HVAC equipment in any of our properties, they are all very old, you see, so getting anything substituted or installed that could injure the historical mold of the building will generally result in a request being denied. Fortunately, numerous of our guests complained of severe heat while in the day, and severe cold during the winters in particular seasons, but because of these reasons, people began to leave me bad reviews, and I decided to take matters into my own hands and begin asking the local government for a permit to submit my request for an HVAC equipment to be installed. I researched numerous unusual HVAC companies for input on how they would be installed, plus with what. I even talked to a number of unusual HVAC professionals that agreed our part of the county was a tad more damp than its surrounding neighbors, and therefore produced icy cold winter afternoons. Once our permit request was up to speed, including all of the information given to me by the HVAC companies, I proceeded to file my request with the city planning department of our local city hall. I heard back from them nearly 3 months later (government, am I right?!) and went on to approve my request to install the HVAC units! I was ecstatic, I picked out the latest model of HVAC equipment and ensured that it was installed with a smart thermostat, so that I could control the hot and cold temperatures from my cell phone when no guests were staying, which would save me the trip.
