Bob loves social media and is always scrolling his phone.
He runs several e-commerce shops, so his social media pages play a huge role in marketing his products.
Apart from business, this is also where Bob gets ideas on how to make his home and life better. The other day, Bob was thinking of ways to improve the indoor air quality in his home. He knew it was time for the annual HVAC ducts cleaning and went online to get a few pointers. Bob came across a video detailing different ways to clean your ductwork yourself. He was smiling ear to ear because the guy said this could save you a lot of money. Bob decided to watch the video twice just to see how the guy did it. After that, he got a few pieces of equipment from his garage and started cleaning his ductwork. Needless to say, Bob’s plan went horribly wrong, and he ended up flooding his air ventilation system. Lucky for him, the HVAC unit was off. Otherwise, that would be gone too. Bob was panicking and had to call on a friend who is an HVAC professional for help. The guy came by later and laughed so hard while listening to Bob’s story. Bob’s friend reminded him of a conversation they had about DIY HVAC work and how that can go horribly wrong. Bob hung his head because he knew better than to try and clean the ductwork himself. Lucky for him, his friend managed to remove the water, do duct sealing and restore proper function. Bob ended up paying more for the service but was so grateful.
