For a little while, I was a section of a book club with a couple of guys.
- Over time, the group grew in size.
It was originally just a few friends of mine, but they ended up acting sour towards myself and others for some reason. I didn’t feel what the problem was at first, but everybody seemed disappointed whenever they would come to my apartment to have the book club. I cleaned up everything and made sure the location didn’t stink bad or anything. Well, eventually I was confronted and they said my air quality was awful. They said it seemed like I never changed the air filters for my Heating & A/C and I must not clean my HVAC duct either because there was a lot of dust and debris built-up. I apologized and said I would take care of it. They said it was too late though, they said I should have taken care of everything a long time ago. I basically was ostracized from the group and I feel they didn’t want myself and others back. Well, I was upset, however I spurred into action. I called up a local supplier to have my HVAC duct cleaned and I used HEPA filters. I had a few of my friends over and invited some of my old buddies from the former book club I was in. They were hesitant, but they ended up coming over. They were amazed with how great my air quality was and asked if I had an air purification plan installed. I said I didn’t have that however I was using HEPA filters. I know they want myself and others back in the book club now but I’m over that.
