Her anniversary celebration was coming up and no one had volunteered to supply the desert yet. Wanting to be a substantial help and figuring I could come up with a funny design, I gave to take on the cake. I slaved over every detail of the confectionary delight until my masterpiece was flawless. It took me a afternoon and a half, but the end result was breathtaking. That is, until I ran out of the condo to choice up anniversary candles and my Heating and A/C system failed. I returned condo and upon opening the front door I felt a gust of warm air rush past me. The inside of the condo was swelteringly warm and humid, and the temperature only increased with each step I took down the hallway. I ran over to the temperature control to find that the entire system had crashed, and our cooling system had simply quit in the middle of the afternoon heat. They had the cooling system up and running again in no time; unluckyly, the Heating and A/C professional couldn’t fix my totally melted cake.

I’ve only lived in a condo for about a year, and I’m still trying to figure out what is pressing when you’re a homeowner.

What I can say, is the importance of finding someone reputable who does know a thing or two about cabin infrastructure and repair. I couldn’t be happier with the company that we chose during our giant cabin renovation last year. He was professional, highly comprehensionable, and had a superb crew to labor with, and from the moment that we signed the contract with him, I knew we made the right choice. Not only was he an expert on additions and floor plans, however he knew more about Heating & Air Conditioning systems than anyone I’ve ever met. From the get-go, I had no idea how we were going to run heating and cooling into the current cabin addition. He made a sweetheart deal with his brother, replaced our entire cooling system with a highly replaced model, and even ran air ducts into the current addition before we even knew what was happening. Now our renovation is complete, and we never even had to buy ventilation equipment!
