I was thinking last night, and I’m pretty sure we need to make some major changes at our house in order to live more happily and functionally. See, right now we have a tendency to leave junk sitting all over the place for weeks before it’s put away, so I think we should get more organizational storage. Next, I would like to redecorate our master bedroom so that it actually feels like a welcoming and comfortable place to be, rather than the barebones setup we have right now. Lastly, I think we should consider getting another source of air conditioning for the house before the summer months are in full swing. You see, the house is a rather large space considering most of the time only the dog and I are at home. That makes it quite expensive to run air conditioning all summer long, when the outdoor air temperature and humidity are so high. I have no choice but to pump cool air throughout every room of the house, even though I truly only need air conditioned air in one space. At night it’s even worse, because we truly only require high quality treated air in our bedroom to sleep. It makes no sense to be servicing every room in the house with perfectly tempered air straight from the central cooling equipment; rather, we need a singular air conditioning device to operate in our room! I’m going to start keeping an eye out for an affordable AC window unit now, before the outdoor air temperature even starts to heat up.
Getting ready for work
Every morning I have a similar routine when I’m getting ready for work. I wake up, pop out of bed once I see that my boyfriend is moving, and go down to the kitchen to start preparing morning provisions. I heat up water to make pour over coffee on the stove first. Then I start preparing some sort of easy lunch for my boyfriend to bring with him that day. Once both of those tasks are finished, I cook up some quick eggs so he can scarf them down for breakfast on his way out the door. After he leaves, I start to prepare my own work space. See, I work from home every day, so my best productivity requires a few modifications of the indoor space. I set the lights appropriately so I don’t get a headache and move onto the temperature control devices next. I like the central heating system to be set right around 70 degrees, but I’ve realized that this temperature is only obtained on the top floor of the house. The lower levels actually stay much cooler, which is far too chilly for me to be productive. That’s why I travel down to the lowest level and turn on the electric space heaters in that space. I like both of them to be running on their highest setting, really pumping out tons of warm and dry air into the office area. Finally, after about half an hour of relaxing coffee time, my work area is perfectly heated to the ideal indoor air temperature and I’m ready to get down to business.
Ventilation for painting room
When I was much younger I used to love to enroll in art classes at school, and spent all of my free time practicing the drawing and painting techniques as I learned them. I was constantly locked in my bedroom with a paintbrush in hand, playing around with new paint types and color palettes. The time flew by as I worked on creating new art, and I’ll never forget the sense of peace I felt as I was working. Recently, I’ve begun painting once again. This time, however, rather than painting on canvas I generally work on pieces of vintage furniture. I’m working on selling my pieces, so I spend an inordinate amount of time in our basement fixing up each piece with great focus. The only problem is I could really use to improve the ventilation in my work space. As far as I know, the paint fumes are non-toxic, but I still don’t think I should be breathing in contaminated air like that. Who knows what chemical compounds are floating through that stuffy basement air, circulating endlessly and being dispersed through the whole house via the network of ductwork. I know it can’t be high quality, healthy air that my family and I are breathing each day. That’s why I’m looking into purchasing a compatible air purification system that hooks right up to my current HVAC plan. That way, the polluted air will pass through several sets of high tech air filters, removing any hazardous airborne contaminants before it’s sent through the air ducts to the whole house. Hopefully we’ll save a few lungs!
Big events in small towns
It’s entirely funny these mornings, residing in a major metropolis.
I have to say that I’m actually intimidated by the level of activity and number of humans who live here most of the time. I do my best to blend in, but everything is pretty overwhelming to me. Where I grew up, you see, my pal and I had a population of 7000 people and a lot of corn fields. My buddy and I literally had one stoplight in my town. “Bring your tractor to university afternoon” was a big event at my high university. Needless to say, it wasn’t a bustling town. In fact, the greatest event that the town ever held was the annual Settler’s Days weekend. It included a small honest and amusement rides, and a upset parade. The only thing was, our town wasn’t even equipped with the infrastructure for these basic necessities! Every year, the town suffered big power outages when the carnival got going. Every year, my pal and I lost all a/c for at least 4 mornings. Whenever the power went out, so did our ability to modify the indoor air quality at home. The temperature was usually well into the 70s, so it was a considerable problem separate from central cooling at home. My buddy and I would arrive home from the little festival on the first night, only to find the home was dark, burning hot and humid. There was no point in calling an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional or even fiddling with the A/C device ourselves, because my pal and I didn’t own a backup generator to get power. Each year my pal and I just had to accept it was going to be a long, hot, and sleepless weekend separate from any a/c. Eventually, my pal and I started leaving town entirely, fleeing to operational central cooling systems during the large event weekend.
Hotel had one worker
I rarely get to go out or see the world, since my finances are entirely quite tight. That’s why I saved up for 5 years to afford an amazing holiday, celebrating my quiet life successes with my loyal pet, everything about the trip was glorious and awe-inspiring… except for the hotel where my pal and I got stranded for a few mornings, but you see, my pal and I were driving through the mountains when my automobile started acting up. I pulled over into a hotel for the night, figuring I would address the mechanical troubles in the afternoon. When I diagnosed into my room, however, it was clear that I wouldn’t be well rested for the ordeal. I opened the door, and a blast of hot air rushed past me. I went to the small heating and cooling machine tucked under the window, and adjusted the A/C to maximum power before going out to get some supper. When I arrived, I was unpleasantly surprised to find that the room was even hotter and more humid than before! At this point, I realized it was time to contact the front desk about my a/c unit. I went to the front desk and asked the clerk about my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device, to which he replied that a maintenance worker would be right up. I waited patiently for about two hours before someone arrived, but when I opened the door I was in for a surprise. The front desk clerk was now resting at my room, except he was wearing coveralls and carrying a toolbox! He asked to see the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C, and fiddled with the little cooling system for quite a while.! But after he left the A/C entirely didn’t feel any better. I thought the whole thing was pretty different and the regular Heating, Ventilation, and A/C person must have been off-duty, but it got weirder the next afternoon when I saw housekeeping. It was the same man, but wearing a maids outfit.
Commercial Heating plus A/C inspector
I am currently at the end of my rope with work.
I swear to you, I labor all morning, every morning without breaks.
When I sit down to sleep at evening, my labor problems follow me to bed. I sit awake plus worry about what I’m doing right plus wrong, plus all the tasks I need to complete immediately. I don’t guess I can keep up with this level of stress, so I’m looking to make a immense career transition. Honestly, I didn’t know what field I wanted to go into for a long time, so I reMEd in the same tortuous position for many years after this realization. But as of last week, I absolutely feel like the world delivered me a solution. I was driving home, stressed as usual, when I got caught in traffic right in front of a brand current trades university. They had advertisements outside for all sorts of current Heating plus A/C programs that were under development, plus I was immediately interested in what the heating plus cooling industry would look like. After that, I got online plus started looking for more information on the current ventilation certification. Soon, I found that there were more option in the heating plus cooling field than being a simple Heating plus A/C journeyman servicing local residences. In fact, it is possible to be an expert in the field of commercial Heating plus A/C inspection for public locales plus large corporate institutions! The task entails traveling to important locations, accessing the current heating plus cooling plan, plus running diagnostics to determine if the Heating plus A/C system was modern or in need of routine repair. In this position, I will have far less labor to do plus more freedom to make my own schedule. I’m gleeful to meet local company owners plus contribute to their high quality indoor air.

There was no point in calling an Heating & Air Conditioning professional or even fiddling with the AC device ourselves, because we didn’t own a backup generator to get power. Backyard is appliance graveyard
When I was a kid, we had every sort of pet you can possibly imagine, and my pal and I always used to joke that our condo was more like a zoo than a proper suburban home, and at one time, we had five cats, three dogs, a rabbit, reptiles, pigeons, hamsters, and god knows what else.
My pal and I also had to contend with all of these losses when the time came, which was less whimsical.
That’s how we wound up with a viable graveyard on our condo over the years. It was creepy, but nice to stay so close to all our best friends, and well, as an adult I have something similar going on these afternoons, except it’s the remains of my long lost cabin appliances that populate my backyard. I believe I never knew what to do with broken down toasters, dishwashers, and AC units, and somehow all the cleaning machinery and temperature control device wound up being a large landscape fixture over time. I look out back and see my seasoned boiler, no longer pumping out sizzling air, but still collecting warmth from the pounding sun. A family of singing pigeons lives inside of the front panel of the heater, enjoying the convectional heat. Moving west, there’s my seasoned dehumidifier from college. I used to live in a basement, and had to use the air quality machinery to remove all the excess moisture from the air before I developed mildew in my bed again. Next, you see the prehistoric window AC device from my first home. It housed a family of mice back in the day, and spread their feces all over my condo while pumping out cool air. I sure like to believe that the same family of mice has lived in the seasoned AC all this time, producing current generations of cool critters and bringing current life to my graveyard.
