I used to have a major issue in changing the air filters of my central heating and air conditioning system.

This was a result of being forgetful.

Well, after having my central heating and air conditioning system break down several times because of it being overworked as a result of not changing the air filters, I turned over a new leaf you could say. I made sure to make a note to change my air filter every single month of the year. Ever since I have been doing this and also since I got my ductwork cleaned, my central heating and air conditioning system is doing so much better! I am pretty good at making deals with different independent businesses.

As a general customer you would think I should be working in sales or something, which I do not.

But quite recently another example of my making deals happened. It was with my independent heating and air conditioning contractor. I had never been too keen on getting HVAC tune up and check ups. But after having a lot of breakdowns of my central heating and air conditioning system in the last year, my independent heat and a/c worker suggested that I have seasonal HVAC tune ups and check ups. He said that this would help in preventing future breakdowns from happening as often. I was all for the idea until he quoted me a price. I did not like it. I told him that was too much money for 4 HVAC tune up and check ups in the year and that I wanted it cheaper or no deal. He fought me on it at first, but when I told him that I was not interested then and that I may actually go to a heating and cooling company instead for better prices, he then gave in and lowered the price to something pretty fair. I really had no intent on going to another heating and air conditioning company because my independent heat and a/c specialist is nothing short of the best. But he didn’t know that I was bluffing. That is the whole thing with making deals and sales. You gotta be slick like that.

When i travel long distance I prefer to travel by train instead of airplane.

The reason for this is because first off, I do not like to fly.

It makes me very nervous. There has been so many crashes in recent years and I do not want to be on the next one and end up another casualty! The second and most important reason why I prefer trains is because the air quality is so much better. While being on the ground the air quality seems to be going much better. I do not know why this is, but I have always found while flying thousands of feet off the ground that I have issue breathing and that my allergies even seem to act up. The last time I was flying I wishing for nothing more than a whole home air purification system to be on board. Of course that is not even humanly possible, but I wanted it anyhow. After that last flight I took I decided that train would be the only way I would be traveling long distance in the future. Now you can get bad air quality while on a train, there’s no doubt about that. It all depends on the area you are going to and how well the train is kept up by the company. But I will tell you that it is in my experience very rare that I have ever experienced super bad air quality on a train! Call me crazy, but that is the total one hundred percent truth of the matter.

The way the weather has been all over the planet in the last year is both crazy and scary.

They talk about global warming and all that, and I believe it is finally here and happening.

I am wondering if it is going to be the end of the world pretty soon. As it is I am having to run my central heating and air conditioning system at the most odd times and odd ways. When I am usually supposed to be running the central heating I am ending up having to run the central air conditioning. And then when I am supposed to be running the central air conditioning, I am needing to run the central heating. On top of all that madness, I am having to run either the heating or the cooling when I usually have no need for a central heating and air conditioning system! Will it ever end? Will it ever be normal again? Most likely not according to the science people the really look into this stuff. Climate change and global warming is here and it could lead to some serious consequences in this world today. But who am I to judge or say. I will just deal with what is going on and let the central heating and air conditioning system do its thing for as long as it needs to. Then if the world either burns up or turns into one big icicle and we all blow up or something, then that is just the way it is. Live for today, don’t think too far ahead into tomorrow or you’ll drive yourself as crazy as this weather has been!
